Lundgreen’s Invest – Deep Knowledge Fund A/S is an alternative investment fund (AIF).
It is possible to join and leave the fund every six months.
The companies the investment fund invests in are primarily from the following segments:
Companies that are based on deep insight in their field and which typically have IP and/or patent rights.
Investments with interesting returns related to energy and climate. The incredible number of initiatives and changes in the field currently opens up special opportunities due to the major movements and new needs within energy and climate.
Established companies with an existing production, preferably profitable and with IP / patent rights, where the company’s products are suitable for a technological/digital development leap. This could, for example, be developed in collaboration with a university.
ABOUT THIS INVESTMENT
Lundgreen’s Invest – Deep Knowledge Fund A/S has achieved an approximate return of 67% since Q2 2021 (unrealised expected increase in value).
The AIF now has an established investment portfolio in growth companies that are either profitable or close to becoming profitable. The AIF is expected to increase its investment in some of these companies and invest in a further four to five new companies.
Examples of companies in the current investment portfolio:
WeDoBooks A/S – Northern Europe’s leading company in lending e-books via schools and libraries and facilitating IT infrastructure for book publishers in connection with e-book publishing. This company has increasing profits and could be a candidate for listing on the stock exchange.
MASH Makes A/S – A Danish company that is a world leader in the production of CO2 negative bioenergy. The company has begun its global expansion, which is also expected to become profitable soon. If the company’s growth plans are realised, it will become a very large global company.
AIRbyNATURE ApS – The company has patented solutions for built-in ventilation without the use of pipes. It is cheaper, more climate-friendly, and aesthetically better than a conventional solution. The company’s sales are increasing, and profits are expected this year.
Sternula A/S – The company is the world leader in the new maritime communication standard AIS 2.0. The build-up of the global network is advanced, and very large and long contracts with, e.g., maritime authorities are beginning to be negotiated. The company could very well be a candidate for an IPO in 2026.
ENTERING AND EXITING THE FUND
The AIF offers investors the opportunity to enter and exit every six months, to the extent that this is possible. Therefore, the AIF has reserved five per cent of its invested assets to service withdrawals. This five per cent must either be invested in listed securities or be available in the form of commitments from investors.
Entry and exit are at the price calculated by the fund, plus or minus entry and exit costs.
