Become a shareholder in Lundgreen’s Capital A/S – Next goal is an IPO in November 2027
Lundgreen’s Capital is growing, and therefore, we are looking for more capital and new shareholders. Today, Lundgreen’s Capital already has 36 shareholders, and now it is possible for even more investors to buy shares in the company.
Lundgreen’s Capital is Denmark’s international investment house with several exciting activities. We work at an incredibly high quality level — this is also recognized by external professional institutions. In April, for example, our mutual investment fund received a highly recognized award ahead of all major international asset managers.
We are offering DKK 7,450,000.00 in new shares, of which 20% has been subscribed in advance. The company has the option to increase the share issue by DKK 2,550,000.00 (all amounts are market value).
- We are targeting a listing on a growth stock exchange in November 2027 – we have been preparing the organization for this step for several years, and the plan until November 2027 has been laid.
- Our “case” is now at the scale-up stage – we have several income-generating activities that have been built up over a number of years, so these business areas simply need to grow maximally until the expected listing.
- The new capital that we are raising now will go exclusively towards growth, e.g., to hire more employees and to a lesser extent to increase our liquidity reserve, which is necessary when the company grows.
We, of course, have a presentation for interested investors, which we hope you will look through. We will naturally hold webinars about the capital increase. We can also be available bilaterally for investors who are considering becoming shareholders in Lundgreen’s Capital.
The minimum subscription is DKK 15,000.00 (around EUR 2,000.00). We should mention that as an investor, you must be approved before the subscription is valid, and that the investor must undergo the usual “know your customer” procedure.
We hope to welcome you as a shareholder in Lundgreen’s Capital.
Sincerely,
Peter Lundgreen, Founding CEO
