Dear Reader
Dear Reader,
Spring moves up through Europe with an average of 40 km. per day. When our good friends in Munich say that spring has arrived then there are only three weeks until it reaches Denmark. But this year the arrival is somewhat delayed, however, when it arrives, an explosion of activity spreads across the country where everybody wants to be outdoor. Garden centers, building centers, restaurants with outdoor seating, etc. enjoy the explosive activity and it is quite charming.
Spring in the financial market has also been pretty chilly so far. How certain it is that there will be stable sunshine in the stock markets is still an incredibly open question. When I scroll through this magazine then my own conclusion is that one action must search to find the sunshine in the financial markets this year. It does not seem that investors automatically will enjoy a spring feeling that arrives at a speed of 40 km. per day. One challenge is that economic growth years back used to move in the same broad way as the spring. Nowadays the economic growth movements are centered in specific regions and sectors though this is a change that I think we have to accept and take advantage of. It’s no secret that I am pointing towards China as a region with a long-term above-average concentration of growth and opportunities. This is why I a few months ago launched Lundgreen’s, China Fund. A mutual fund that invests in Chinese stocks and bonds is a sensible building block for investors who are seeking sunshine in their portfolios.
I sincerely hope that this publication will help you in your decision process. I am always ready to have a conversation about risks or investments at any time. I hope that you will show Lundgreen’s Capital your trust by using our insight and expertise.
